1. The Waitlist & Allocations

Joining the waitlist secures your place in line for early access. It does not act as a legally binding contract for purchase, nor does it guarantee you inventory. Batch allocations are strictly first-come, first-served once the store is live. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Product Disclaimer

Alpine Monkey products are formulated for functional utility. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided on this site regarding our macro-nutrients and active ingredients (such as Clear Whey Isolate) is for informational purposes only. If you have specific dietary restrictions or medical conditions, consult a professional before consumption.

3. Intellectual Property

The Alpine Monkey brand, logos, product names, aesthetic design, and site copy are the exclusive property of Alpine Monkey Iced Tea Company. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose our digital assets or branding for commercial use without explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Monkey Iced Tea Company and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, your inability to access the waitlist, or the consumption of our products.

5. Platform Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the website, the waitlist, or these terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
